2007 Little Sister Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2007 Little Sister is similar to the Estate cab in that it has a nose of blueberry, cloves vanilla and toast. Very ripe flavors linger on the pallet with sweet dark fruit, excellent tannin balance with pretty dark chocolate and toasty oak tones. There is a little mocha wrapped around dark chocolate in the finish. This wine is made to be drunk more immediately than the Estate yet could age for an additional 3 or 4 years.
