2007 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

The Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a stunner. The wine has a nose of luscious blueberries, mocha, a bit of clove spice, plums, vanilla, and beautiful toasty oak notes.  A  potpourri of scents which can take you away as if daydreaming of a trip to Hawaii. The wine enters your mouth brimming with a full intensity of dark berry, cassis and black plums with a lingering finish of vanilla and toast, an excellent balance and a nice spice finish. This can be laid down for about 7 years.
 

This wine has an opulent full bodied character that lingers long after the wine is swallowed. A wine to enjoy immediately or to hold for the next 7 to 14 years.
